These hydrogel-flexible pain patches contour to your foot for comfortable wear and relief. Have other foot pain? Why It Works: Lidocaine used topically provides a local anesthetic effect that blocks pain signals created by the pain receptors. Menthol is a counter irritant that has been shown to work through a cooling effect to desensitize the pain receptors and in doing so reduce pain perception and provide pain relief. How To Use: STEP 1 Clean and dry affected area. STEP 2 Remove backing from patch by firmly grasping both ends and gently pulling until backing separates in middle. STEP 3 Carefully remove smaller portion of backing from patch and apply exposed portion of patch to affected area. STEP 4 Once exposed portion of patch of patch is positioned, carefully remove remaining backing completely to apply patch to affected area. STEP 5 Once applied, press firmly and rub on all sides and center of patch to help adhesive adhere to skin. STEP 6 Do not remove patch and reapply, this will result in the patch not sticking.
