At Locatel Health & Wellness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring old barcodes are covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
